How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and establish a structured project management culture across the Bank by implementing governance frameworks, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives, and driving consistent, on-time delivery of initiatives while enhancing accountability, communication, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project goals, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Manage project portfolio and maintain accurate, up-to-date status tracking.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including monthly project meetings and executive updates.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
- Support and strengthen IT Governance and IT Steering Committee processes.
- Drive adoption of project management standards and accountability across teams.
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.
Requirements
Required Education: Graduated professional
Possible Degrees: Business Administration, Information Systems / Computer Science or Engineering
Other Education: Project Management, Agile, Lean, or Process Improvement
Required Years of Experience in Position: 4-5 Years
Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred)
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Project Management (PMP, Agile) or Operational Efficiency (preferred)
- Project Management, Agile, Lean, or Process Improvement
- Risk and issue management
- Stakeholder communication and governance
- Portfolio and reporting frameworks
