How You’ll Make an Impact
Responsible for tracking insurance and ensuring adequate coverage by providing exceptional service to borrowers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Through accurate account administration, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving, the specialist aims to enhance borrower satisfaction while safeguarding the Bank's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to the enforcement of loan servicing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Monitors the servicing of loans, including maintenance and the review of several reports.
- Assists with the gathering of information for internal and external auditors.
- Monitors department email inboxes (insurance and loan servicing.)
- Processes insurance payments from customer's escrow account.
- Processes escrow disbursement for real estate taxes.
- Responsible for opening/closing of third party provider contracts for tax and insurance purposes.
- Performs test run & final run of annual escrow analysis.
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders
Requirements
Required Education: Graduated professional
Possible Degrees: General Degree
Other Education: General banking certificates
Required Years of Experience in Position: 6 months - 1 year
Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred)
