How You’ll Make an Impact
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage changes to customer account information, including personal details, account status (active, dormant, closed), and product upgrades or downgrades.
- Maintain customer information files, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and inefficiencies in banking operations, and collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions.
- Ensure all changes to account information are accurately documented and updated in the banking system to maintain data integrity.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Supports internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Provide training and support to bank staff on deposit management procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.
Requirements
Required Education: Technical Studies
Possible Degrees: Associate Degree in Business
Other Education: N/A
Required Years of Experience in Position: 1-2 years experience in Deposit Operations, customer service, or a related role within the banking industry. (preferred but not required)
Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred)
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Banking Experience.
- Bookkeeping Experience.
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadliness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
