International Exports is an expert food and grocery exporter of American consumer brands to distributors and retailers in the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Africa and Asia.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks in support of executive-level management. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Data entry tasks, including processing orders and maintaining vendor records
- Sales support, including generating quotes and orders for overseas customers
- Research and reporting, including sales forecasting and analysis
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10 key
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience in the grocery industry is also preferred
