Overview
We are a boutique private staffing firm serving affluent clients across the United States. Due to the nature of our work and client base, discretion is essential.
This role functions as a Candidate Quality Manager, focused on evaluating top-tier candidates rather than managing high-volume recruiting.
This is a quality-driven role, not a sales or commission-based recruiting position.
Additional company details will be shared with a potential manager who moves forward in our hiring process.
What You’ll Do
-Conduct initial and secondary interviews with candidates for roles including:
- Estate Managers
- Private Chefs
- House Managers
- Executive Assistants
- Domestic staff
-Evaluate candidates for:
- Professional capability
- Communication and presentation
- Personality fit within private households
- Discretion and professionalism
-Prepare clear, well-written candidate summaries outlining:
- Why the candidate is a strong fit
- Any risks or concerns
- Key differentiators
-Review resumes, references, and background information
-Maintain organized candidate records and notes
-Coordinate interviews as needed
-Act as a gatekeeper to ensure only high-quality candidates are presented
What This Role Is Not
- Not a sales role
- Not high-volume recruiting
- No client management responsibilities
Ideal Background
- Luxury hospitality (hotel, private club, yacht, etc.)
- High-end executive assistant experience
- OR recruiting experience with a strong focus on quality over volume

Compensation
- $25.00 hour/ base salary
- Performance bonuses per successful placement
