Administrative Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Duration: ~6 months (extendable)
Pay : $21/hr on W2
Schedule
Full-time, Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Early release at 3:00 PM on Fridays during summer
Minimal overtime as needed

Manage orders and shipment documentation
Perform data entry and maintain records
Communicate via email and phone
Conduct basic research and manage Outlook inbox

Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
0–3 years admin experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication & organizational skills
High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
Experience with AS400, Google Docs, or Oracle
Previous experience in a warehouse office environment
College degree (preferred but not required)
