Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, and watches
- Build and maintain longlasting relationships with clients
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and wellorganized
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
- A genuine passion for jewelry and helping customers
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills

Working Conditions

- The work environment can be fastpaced and highpressure, especially during the holidays and shows.
