We offer
The School Services Administrator has the responsibility of training, supervising, supporting and evaluating ICHS’ Clinic Care Coordinators (CCC’s) and carrying out centralized administrative tasks associated with school based and mobile health programs. Must be able to train and coach CCC’s in tasks related to day-to-day health center operations including, but are not limited to patient registration, check-in, scheduling, verifying eligibility, handling medical records, and processing referrals. The School Services Administrator will also collaborate with the Community Services Manager in maintaining a positive working relationship with school and or community based organizations administration and staff to support the success of school based and mobile clinics. Tasks related to centralized administrative support of school based and mobile health services include, but are not limited to, assisting with all reporting requirements and requests for school based services, inventory and ordering of office and non-pharmaceutical clinic supplies, assisting with healthcare and resource referrals, overseeing vaccine ordering, storage, transport for vaccine for children’s (VFC) and adult vaccine programs for all school and mobile health services.
Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. Four (4) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with one (1) year in a lead role, may substitute for the required degree.
Experience - Three (3) years’ experience working in a medical or dental clinic setting required. Experience serving patients from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who speak limited or no English is preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Fluency in English is required: additional fluency in another language is valued.

Salary : $33 - $48
