The Human Resources Assistant supports the daily administrative operations of the Human Resources department and assists with special projects that advance organizational goals. This role provides support across key HR functions including recruitment, new employee onboarding, employee benefits, and HR reporting and dashboards. The position maintains administrative support for HR leadership, contributes to continuous quality and performance improvement initiatives, and promotes a collaborative, respectful, and service-oriented work environment. The Human Resources Assistant upholds the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and actively supports safety, quality improvement, and emergency preparedness efforts.
Education - High School Diploma/GED required, Associate degree preferred. Two (2) years of work experience may substitute for the required degree.
Experience - One (1) year of Human Resources experience preferred
