Customs Entry Writer

Position Summary:

IBC Customs Brokerage, Inc. is hiring an Import Entry Clerk to process high-volume international e-commerce imports. This role requires processing entries through ABI software, managing data files in Excel, and managing PGA compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmit high-volume ecommerce entries via ABI software.
• Use Excel to filter, format, and audit large data manifests pre-transmission.
• Perform post-transmission data audits for due diligence after automated systems process entries.
• Manage PGA elements (i.e. FDA) and track entry releases or CBP holds.
• Verify HTS classifications, valuation, and origin data.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a licensed U.S. Customs Brokerage.
• Systems: Direct proficiency with ABI software and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs).
• Specialization: Direct experience with high-volume Entry Type 11 (ET11) filings.
• Compliance: Strong knowledge of PGA mandates and post-system audit due diligence.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
