An ICG client is looking for a senior org design/ change consultant to include in a tender for the development of a technology services target operating model, transitional implementation planning, and business readiness preparations for a government client
The successful applicant will guide the executive team and technology capability to close the gap on successfully applied technology.
- Lead development of org design, capability requirements, job design, KPI design, impact assessments, workforce transition, change management and operational readiness preparations for a target operating model design & implementation planning engagement.
- Functional organisational structure design
- Competencies, capabilities definition
- Partnership & ecosystem engagement models (working with others)
- Job description design (lead where required)
- FTE determination
- Metrics & KPI definition
- Review of impact assessments
- Capability uplift options
- Staff engagement strategies
- Workforce transition plans
- Project communications
Skills and experience required:
- Human capital management – structural org design expertise
- Change management – workforce transition preparation
- Target operating model development
- IT services experience
Start date: December Duration: 6-8 Weeks part-time
Rate: Daily rate to the consultant will be up to AUS$1,600 depending on level of experience and seniority
