Client
An ICG client is looking for aSenior Business Manager,12-month contract.
Role
In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across business management, finance, strategy and resource management.
Working closely with Executive Directors you will be accountable for the Technology budget to provide strategic guidance, monthly budget tracking, forecasting and vendor management.
Key Deliverables:
Provide Strategic ideas and insights on how to meet budget targets
Managing and owning department budgets and tracking of resources/licences
Assistance in month end inputs and financial reporting
Submissions of complex technology budgets and forecasting
Vendor Management
Executive presentations and status updates
Process improvements on Business management tasks
Ad-hoc support functions for Executive Leaders, COOs, Agile Trains
Skills and attributesfor success:
Driven to achieve real business outcomes with outstanding attention to detail, a learning mindset, adaptability and self-motivation
high numerical and analytical thinking
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong leadership and mentoring
5 years in similar role, Finance, Business Management, Senior PMO Analyst
Tertiary education in Business Management/Administration/Accounting
Background in financial management of complex multimillion dollar budgets
Strong leadership, critical thinking, organisation skills and time management
Data Analytics experience
Outcome focused, team player
Financial Analyst (CFA pref) though experience in cost base, identifying and driving outcomes is preferable
Good understanding of cost drivers
Proven partnering experience with senior leaders
Modelling, analytics skills preferable
Excellent attention to detail with process improvement mindset
Intermediate to advanced experience in using MS Excel andPowerPoint
Logistics
Start date:ImmediateDuration: 12 months
Location:Sydney
Rates: The daily rate to the consultant will be based on experience for the right professional, final client negotiations and is expected to be approximately$1,100 GST.
Close date: No later than Tuesday 5th April 2022, 5pm AEST
