Duties
- Lead and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage guest relations with enthusiasm, addressing concerns promptly and providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Supervise front desk staff, including training on hotel management systems, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer service protocols.
- Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, reservations, and hospitality standards to ensure consistency across all interactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences in a resort-like environment.
- Utilize multilingual communication skills to assist diverse guests effectively, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that values guest relations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
