What You'll Do
- Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer line blockages
- Perform drain cleaning using cable machines, hydro jetting, and other specialized equipment
- Conduct sewer camera inspections and accurately identify system issues
- Recommend repair and replacement solutions when needed
- Educate customers on findings and available service options
- Maintain accurate service records and collect payments when required
- Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1 years of drain cleaning, plumbing, or related service experience preferred
- Experience with sewer camera inspections and hydro jetting is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, kneel, crouch, and work in varying conditions
