What You'll Do
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
- Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
- Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
- Manage technician on-call schedules.
- Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
- Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
- Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
- Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.
- Loves solving problems and finding solutions.
- Can multitask without losing the details.
- Communicate confidently and professionally.
- Stays calm when the schedule gets crazy.
- Is organized, proactive, and accountable.
- Has a strong customer service mindset.
- Can work well with technicians, managers, customers, and multiple departments.
- Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Learns technology and new systems quickly.
