Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to represent Superior Water and Air
- Build rapport with store associates and managers to create brand awareness
- Engage with retail customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
- Explain our services and qualify interested customers for follow-up
- Record lead information accurately and submit it promptly
- Communicate field updates, opportunities, and challenges to the home office
- Maintain a clean, professional display space with branded materials
- Track lead metrics and support territory performance goals
- People Skills: Naturally friendly, personable, and confident with strangers
- Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens to customer needs
- Reliability: Arrives on time, prepared, and follows through on assigned store visits
- Brand Awareness: Represents the company with professionalism and consistency

Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers
- Self-motivated and reliable with limited direct supervision
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between store locations
- Background check and drug screening required
