Overview
Superior Water and Air is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented plumber specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial water coolers and related plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal customer service. As a technician, you’ll work hands-on in the field performing installations, troubleshooting, and servicing permanent water coolers and related equipment. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring every job is completed with technical accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial water coolers, bottleless water systems, and filtration units according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
- Ensure proper placement, secure mounting, and correct plumbing connections.
- Perform water line routing, connection to existing supply, and drainage setup.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including filter replacement, sanitization, and performance checks.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and water flow issues.
- Calibrate temperature controls and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and recommend preventative maintenance schedules.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain work performed, provide maintenance tips, and recommend upgrades.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and supervisors to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of plumbing, water treatment, or related trade experience (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong knowledge of water softeners and filtration systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of jobsite conditions
