Intermediate District 287 is looking for Speech Language Pathologists for openings this summer!
Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Position Details:
- Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $37.53 - $69.19 per hour (depending on experience and education)
- Location: Ann Bremer Education Center, North Education Center, South Education Center
- This is a temporary position for Summer ESY only
- Orientation Dates: June 24 & 25
- ESY Programs: July 6 - July 24
- Staff Hours at Ann Bremer Education Center and South Education Center: 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM
- Staff Hours at North Education Center: 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM
Requirements:
- Interested in candidates who are: diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Current teaching license in Speech Language Pathology issued by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
- Eligibility for an American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association Clinical Fellowship, or the CCC certification, is required
