Intermediate District 287 is looking for a Physical Therapist long-term substitute for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year with our Itinerant Services!
Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Position Details:
- FTE: 1.0 FTE
- Work Schedule: This is a temporary position first day of school through November 2026.
- Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $34.88 - $69.19 per hour (depending on experience and education)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- A minimum of one (1) year of clinical physical therapy.
- A current physical therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy is required.
- A graduate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in pediatrics is also preferred.
