• As a Senior Compensation Advisor, you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, leading high-impact projects, and supporting recognition and compensation initiatives that influence our total rewards philosophy and help us attract and retain top talent.

• Advise business leaders and HR partners by delivering actionable compensation consulting, enabling informed talent and pay decisions.
• Lead and manage significant compensation projects that improve pay programs, processes, or policies, driving measurable business results.
• Support and enhance employee recognition programs, contributing to a culture of engagement and performance.
• Strengthen our compensation programs by ensuring timely and accurate compensation planning, market data analysis, and survey submissions, helping maintain competitive position in the market.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of compensation experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects
• Proficiency in compensation administration using HR information systems (e.g., Workday)
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or commitment to pursuing certification preferred

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies—including AI—to improve compensation processes and decision-making
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work
• Collaborative approach, building effective partnerships across HR, business units, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
