SALARY: $133,515 to $210,787
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus
BONUS ELIGIBLE

HOSPITAL:
  • Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for the Operating Rooms at our client, a 525 bed, acute care teaching hospital. The hospital is a designated nurse magnet facility, having received Magnet Recognition for Excellence in Nursing Services from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Top 100 hospital having been awarded by Solucient 10 times.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
  • Must have recent first-line management experience.
  • 3 years of Clinical experience as RN.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • CNOR Certification.

Screening Questions:
  • Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher?
  • Do you have or will be able to obtain an Oregon Registered Nurse License prior to start date?
  • Do you have or will be able to obtain a National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Certification prior to start date?
  • Do you have at least 3 years of Clinical experience as RN in an Acute Care Hospital Setting?
