- LaQuinta, California (base salary: $250,000 to $280,000)
- Fresno, California (base salary: $250,000 to $280,000)
- San Bernadino, California (base salary: $315,000 to $386,000)

Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader - Full-Time | PACE Program
- Seeking Primary Care Physicians who are certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants.
- Licensed in California
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
