We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, and working with individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorders. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life for clients across diverse settings. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact through patient-centered care, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative teamwork.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional analyses and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies across environments.
  • Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and functional assessments, to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all services provided in accordance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical personnel, and therapists—to coordinate care plans that support client development.
  • Conduct behavioral health evaluations to support diagnoses related to neurodevelopmental disorders and provide ongoing support for clients’ behavioral needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
  • Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments.
  • Expertise in data collection methods, functional assessments, and diagnostic evaluations within clinical or home-based settings.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, patient care protocols, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities across various environments such as clinics or home-based programs.
  • Excellent communication skills for training caregivers, collaborating with teams, and delivering clear instructions.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments while maintaining meticulous documentation of progress notes and treatment outcomes.
