The firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Partner to join their Seattle office. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-border, and industry-defining cases while collaborating with a deep bench of experienced litigators.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a broad portfolio of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, securities litigation, white collar and enforcement defense, product liability, and labor and employment cases.
- Advise clients across key industries such as construction, government contracts, aviation, and maritime, applying both legal acumen and industry insight.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to provide comprehensive, business-oriented solutions.
- Engage in sustained advocacy, from early-stage evaluation to trial and appellate proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, strategic consultation, and a commitment to results.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in litigation, with a strong record of first-chair or significant leadership in complex cases.
- Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar (or eligibility for immediate admission).
- Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships, with a portable book of business.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and collaborate with attorneys across the firm.
