A nationally ranked, Chambers-recognized Litigation group is seeking talented associates at all levels to join their Miami office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a premier team on a diverse array of high-stakes domestic and international disputes across industries and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex commercial litigation, financial services disputes, and a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters.
- Draft and refine litigation materials, including correspondence, briefs, and motions.
- Manage fact discovery, including document review, witness preparation, and coordination of discovery strategy.
- Contribute to white-collar and investigations matters as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Support case strategy, research, and client communications in fast-moving, high-profile disputes.
Qualifications
- At least two years of litigation experience in a top-tier law firm.
- Juris Doctor and admission to the Florida Bar required.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong professional references.
- White-collar or investigations experience is a plus.
