Looking for a dynamic job that mixes fun, leadership, and your love of tennis? Interlachen Country Club is hiring a Junior Tennis Assistant Instructor to help teach and inspire young players. If you're passionate about tennis, love working with kids, and want to be part of an amazing team, this is your chance!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team up with our Junior Tennis Coordinator to make sure kids have a blast while learning tennis.
- Work alongside other instructors to create a supportive, fun environment for young players.
- Lead by example! Show the kids the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and good vibes.
- Make sure every camper is safe and ready to go by checking for any cuts or injuries before starting activities.
- Help guide kids from station to station while making sure they’re engaged and having fun.
- Assist with snack and lunch times – because hydration and fuel are key to a great day!
- Be part of the check-in/check-out process to ensure smooth and safe transitions.
- Act as the link between tennis pros and parents, delivering messages with care and professionalism.
- Always keep things positive and professional around kids and parents, setting the tone for great interactions.
- Help other instructors when needed, but always keep an eye on your campers!
- Follow safety procedures and report any concerns immediately to Assistant Tennis Pros.
- Maintain the right ratio of counselors to campers, making sure every kid gets the attention they need.
- Take care of tennis equipment, keeping everything ready for action!
- Provide excellent service to our members, guests, and team.
- Help out in the Tennis Shop if needed – more opportunities to learn and grow!
