WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Designer who can step in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate is not someone who needs to be directed through every step of a project. You understand the design process, can anticipate what needs to happen next, are comfortable communicating directly with clients and project partners, and have the experience and confidence to make decisions and solve problems independently.

You should be equally comfortable developing a design concept, preparing a client presentation, coordinating with an architect or contractor, making selections with a vendor, reviewing project documentation, and walking a jobsite. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about delivering exceptional design and client service.

If you are an experienced commercial interior designer looking for an opportunity to take on meaningful projects, lead design initiatives, work with a talented team, and grow with an established South Florida design firm, we would like to hear from you.

Resume and portfolio required.
