We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join our design team in Boca Raton, Florida.
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are looking for a designer with a strong creative point of view, extensive experience in high-end residential interiors, and a sophisticated understanding of materials, colors, patterns, furniture, and global design trends.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a design team.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field.
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline.
* Strong experience in high-end residential interior design.
* Excellent creative and conceptual design skills.
* Strong knowledge of furniture, lighting, fabrics, wallcoverings, finishes, materials, and accessories.
* Excellent ability to work with colors, textures, patterns, and material combinations.
* Knowledge of established U.S. and international vendors, manufacturers, and design resources.
* Strong awareness of international design trends, brands, designers, and the global design market.
* International professional or educational experience is highly valued, particularly exposure to European or Latin American design markets.
* A multicultural perspective and exposure to different design languages are highly valued.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva is required, with the ability to translate creative concepts into floor plans, elevations, 3D studies, and professional design presentations.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent professional English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to contribute creatively while working within the studio’s design direction and standards.
* Must be available to work full-time, in person at our Boca Raton studio.
About the Role
This is primarily a creative design position. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with Carolina and the design team throughout the creative development of our residential projects — from initial concepts and space planning to material selections, furniture, lighting, custom pieces, and final design details.
We are looking for someone who brings not only experience, but also a fresh perspective, strong design culture, curiosity, and an international point of view to our studio.
