Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and wood fixtures.
- Fabricate cabinets, furniture, and related wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Install cabinetry, doors, drawers, and trim with meticulous attention to detail in manufacturing settings.
- Perform precise measurements, cutting, assembly, sanding, and finishing to ensure seamless integration of all components.
- Collaborate with project managers and other employees to ensure project specifications are met on time.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to uphold quality craftsmanship standards.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in woodworking, paint booth or spray position (staining, painting, and finishing), preferred and not required
- Quality driven and understand quality processes
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing on a concrete floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
- Employee is required to walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, twist, rotate, crouch or crawl and reach above shoulders.
- Able to push and pull carts at various heights and sizes.
- Repetitive motions for use of spraying and sanding devices. Substantial movements of the shoulders, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Must be able to talk and listen and move from place to place
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus required
- Employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers to handle or feel.
- Must be able to wear hearing protection.
