Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented STARR Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and finishing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and wood fixtures.
• Fabricate cabinets, furniture, and related wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
• Install cabinetry, doors, drawers, and trim with meticulous attention to detail in manufacturing settings.
• Perform precise measurements, cutting, assembly, sanding, and finishing to ensure seamless integration of all components.
• Collaborate with project managers and other employees to ensure project specifications are met on time.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to uphold quality craftsmanship standards.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in woodworking, paint booth or spray position (staining, painting, and finishing), preferred and not required
• Quality driven and understand quality processes

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing on a concrete floor.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
• Employee is required to walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, twist, rotate, crouch or crawl and reach above shoulders.
• Able to push and pull carts at various heights and sizes.
• Repetitive motions for use of spraying and sanding devices. Substantial movements of the shoulders, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Must be able to talk and listen and move from place to place
• Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus required
• Employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers to handle or feel.
• Must be able to wear hearing protection.
