Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Architecture & Design Recruitment Firm | Orlando, FL
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-oriented boutique recruitment firm and make a real impact. We are seeking a driven recruiter who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and helping professionals advance their careers.
We are looking for a Recruiter or Lead Recruiter to join our team, specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries. In this role, you will run a full recruitment desk, partnering with a diverse range of clients from high-end design firms to global manufacturing organizations that support the industry.
The ideal candidate is a goal-driven self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your recruitment experience while building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact in the industry.
Please note this role is primarily in-office, with flexibility available after onboarding.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience managing client accounts preferred
- Ability to manage a full-cycle recruitment desk
- Experience recruiting within the architecture and design industry is highly desirable but not required
- Proven ability to track sales activity and exceed goals
- Interest in or knowledge of the architecture and design industry
- Passion for working with people and helping individuals advance their careers
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Professional presence when representing yourself and the company
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and industry trade shows
