We seek a Store Manager for our client's showroom. As a Store Leader, your role is multi-faceted and pivotal in shaping the store's success. Your primary responsibility lies in nurturing and developing your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration through clear communication and ongoing feedback. Exceptional customer service is non-negotiable; you'll lead by example, instilling a customer-focused mindset within your team to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations. Key Impact Areas

• Team Management - As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the continued development of your team. This includes setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications

• 3 years in a store manager role; 5 years overall in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to learn inventory software
• Experienced in and Strong Team Management and Motivation Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn, develop and train others in technology/software the company uses
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
• Open to constructive feedback, and a desire to grow professionally & personally
• Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
• Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and high attention to detail
• Personable, adaptable, and outgoing positive attitude
• Self-motivated, hard-working and reliable
