We’re hiring for our client, a distinguished residential design firm based in the Hamptons known for crafting elegant, timeless interiors that blend modern comfort with classic sensibility.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design process for high-end residential projects — from concept development to installation.
- Create design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and comprehensive FF&E specifications that reflect a refined aesthetic.
- Collaborate directly with discerning clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations for their home.
- Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering growth and ensuring design excellence across all phases.
- Partner with architects, builders, and contractors to bring design intent to life seamlessly and efficiently.
- Source exceptional finishes, furnishings, and materials that embody both quality and character.
- Oversee construction documentation, shop drawings, and client presentations with precision and clarity.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct on-site visits, installations, and styling sessions to ensure every detail aligns with the design vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6 years of professional experience in luxury residential design, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (Revit experience is a plus).
- Strong grasp of construction methods, detailing, and material application.
- Exceptional client communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to balance creative innovation with project management rigor.
- Familiarity with Hamptons and coastal residential styles is highly desirable.
