What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior Designer position at Husky Design and Build?
Husky Design and Build is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
We are a design-build firm, meaning our team is involved in both the design and the construction of every project. This creates a more integrated, hands-on experience—where design decisions are directly tied to how spaces are built, priced, and executed.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a traditional design position. You will work directly under a Licensed Interior Designer, gaining real-world experience across layouts, selections, documentation, sourcing, and project coordination—while also being exposed to the construction side of the process.
