We’re hiring for our client, a globally recognized leader in design innovation and environmental storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and technically skilled Architectural Rendering Specialist to join a collaborative, design-driven team in New York City.

In this role, you’ll transform architectural concepts into captivating visual experiences — bringing spaces, products, and environments to life through advanced 3D visualization. Your work will help shape how design stories are told across campaigns, trade environments, and digital platforms.

About the Role: As the Architectural Rendering Specialist, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of marketing and experiential materials. You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and project managers to conceptualize, visualize, and deliver exceptional renderings and spatial designs that communicate brand identity and inspire clients.

This role blends artistry, storytelling, and precision — ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where innovation, collaboration, and excellence are core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Compelling Visuals: Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations for marketing, digital, and experiential use.
• Collaborate Creatively: Partner with the design, copy, and strategy teams to translate creative briefs into powerful visual narratives.
• Design Environments: Develop conceptual designs for trade show booths, installations, and experiential vignettes that express brand vision.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Convert sketches and storyboards into detailed 3D models and renderings that inspire stakeholders and clients alike.
• Champion Design Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest design standards and align with established brand guidelines.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Share insights and techniques with junior team members and collaborate with outside partners such as agencies, photographers, and illustrators.
• Support Strategic Goals: Contribute to creative strategy discussions and the evolution of visual standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in architectural visualization, environmental design, or creative development.
• Proven expertise with Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Blender, and/or Cinema 4D.
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and refined visual storytelling across renderings, digital, and spatial design.
• Motion graphics, animation, or AI generative tools experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for design innovation and visual excellence.
