The Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of military, government, and corporate clients while developing new business through relationships, referrals, and strategic outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys long-term client partnerships, complex projects, and selling value—not just product.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, coordinating internal teams (design, project management, installation) to ensure exceptional client experience and repeat business.

- Own and grow a book of military, government, and corporate client relationships
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, constraints, and success criteria
- Collaborate with designers and project teams to develop long-lasting, useful solutions
- Present proposals and recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Manage projects from opportunity through close, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow-through

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 2 years of sales or relevant experience
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships
- Experience working with designers, architects, contractors, or institutional clients
