Position Overview
The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales and Design teams to support business development efforts, manage client-facing tasks, and ensure smooth proposal preparation and follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and familiar with the Miami real estate landscape. This individual should be comfortable using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and must have access to reliable transportation to support site visits and property walk-throughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team in preparing and formatting proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Support client meetings and property walk-throughs, ensuring accurate notes and follow-up.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system (HubSpot) to track sales activity, leads, and follow-ups.
- Conduct research on Miami real estate market trends and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and timely communication.
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and site visits.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Set up and manage email campaigns.
- Distribute marketing materials to local brokerages.
- Provide on-the-ground support in Miami, leveraging local knowledge to enhance client service and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, real estate, staging, or design industry preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Miami area and local real estate market.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
- Professional, client-focused demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
