Key Responsibilities
- Assist with move-ins and furniture placement for staging projects
- Expertly hang mirrors, artwork, headboards, shelving, drapery rods, and wall decor securely and aesthetically
- Assemble and disassemble furniture, beds, and other staging pieces as needed
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to furniture and staging materials
- Ensure proper use of tools and safety procedures when handling installations
- Load and unload staging items from company vehicles
- Collaborate with the staging team to execute flawless installations
- Address last-minute staging needs and troubleshooting on-site
- Proven experience as a handyman, furniture installer, or similar role
- Proficiency with tools such as drills, levels, stud finders, and hand tools
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Professional and respectful demeanor in client-facing environments
