Essential Functions
- Maintain and manage Design Center calendar by contacting customers to set appointments for Design Consultants and make all necessary notifications
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- High School or equivalent
- 2-4 years applicable job experience
- Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, including written communication
- High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
