What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at De Castroverde Law Group?
The De Castroverde Law Group is looking for a Receptionist/Intake Specialist to join our team! At De Castroverde Law Group we pride ourselves in treating every client like family and as the first face most clients will see, you will play a vital role in their first impression of us.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer and screen phone calls and transfer to the correct department
- Greet and assist all walk-ins
- Perform conflict checks on all new and potential clients
- Create intake for all personal injury, traffic ticket, criminal, and immigration clients
- Take payments, write receipts and enter payments in the system
- Keep lobby and conference rooms clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary : $18 - $20
