Interior Arts is not traditional retail. We serve both homeowners and trade professionals, offering an inspiring, high-touch experience where relationships, expertise, and trust matter just as much as product.
We’re building something special, and we’re looking for an exceptional Showroom Lead to help bring this vision to life on the showroom floor every day.
About the Role
The Showroom Lead is a customer-facing role that blends luxury retail sales, interior design expertise, operational excellence, and a forward-thinking approach to growth.
This person represents Interior Arts day-to-day by welcoming guests, building relationships, guiding clients through our collections, managing the full sales and order process, and actively contributing ideas that help drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
This role requires someone who is:

What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Experience
- Welcome and engage all showroom visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals
- Confidently guide clients through furniture, lighting, fabric, wallpaper, art, and accessory selections
- Provide thoughtful design support, including:
- Assisting with furniture layouts, space planning, and overall direction
- Helping clients select fabrics, finishes, and materials
- Styling spaces and making cohesive product recommendations
- Convert showroom visits into sales, repeat clients, and trade relationships through exceptional service
Product & Brand Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of Interior Arts brands, collections, customization options, and pricing structures
- Speak fluently about craftsmanship, materials, and quality
- Stay current on new collections, showroom changes, and vendor offerings
Orders, Quotes & Operations
- Prepare and manage all quotes and orders for both retail and trade clients
- Oversee order processing, tracking, follow-up, and proactive client communication
- Coordinate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure operational excellence across all orders
- Support trade members with inquiries, orders, and ongoing relationship management
Growth, Marketing & Innovation
- Think proactively about ways to drive traffic, engagement, and sales in the showroom
- Contribute ideas for events, promotions, partnerships, and in-store experiences
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing partners on campaigns, content, and initiatives
- Leverage technology, systems, and data to improve the client experience and sales process
- Push boundaries on retail and sales innovation while maintaining the Interior Arts brand standard
Showroom Leadership
- Maintain an impeccable showroom environment that reflects the Interior Arts brand
- Uphold standards for service, professionalism, and client experience
- Serve as a dependable, dedicated presence in the showroom Tuesday–Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- Proven luxury sales experience required, ideally within interior design, furniture, fashion, or high-end retail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new tools, systems, and platforms
- Interest in marketing, brand-building, and sales innovation
- Confident, polished, and relationship-driven
- Strong design eye with the ability to guide clients through meaningful design decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple orders and conversations simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated, hardworking, and aligned with a high-performance, team-oriented culture
- Comfortable working independently while representing a premium brand
