RN (Registered Nurse) Pediatric Surgery Center- Part Time- Up to $74.20/ Hour

There are immediate per diem/ part time needs in multiple surgery centers in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area.
Schedule: The shifts are Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts and can vary from a 6:30 am start to a 7pm end time.
Pay: $63.60 to $74.20/ Hour depending on experience
Essential Job Duties:
- Assisting with pre-operative preparation, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient/family education
- Monitoring patients throughout the surgical process, including vital signs, sedation, and pain management
- Providing post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, recovery monitoring, and discharge preparation
- Communicating with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the surgical experience
- Collaborating with members of the clinical team to ensure safe and coordinated patient care
- Completing timely and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to support excellent patient care
Requirements:
- ADN degree
- Current RN license with the State of MN
- Current ACLS
- Experience working in pre-op, post-op/ PACU
