Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Guide patients in exercises and hands-on therapies to manage pain and increase mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, goals, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program and active PT license in South Carolina.
- At least one year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in home healthcare.
- CPR certification and valid driver's license with car insurance.
- Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations.
- Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion.
