About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Charleston, SC. As a PT with Interim HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and developing personalized plans of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active PT license in South Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home healthcare
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
