The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded Business Development Representative who is passionate about senior care and thrives on building meaningful relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
This role is built for someone who knows how to open doors in multiple ways—whether that’s walking into a community, picking up the phone, or crafting a compelling email that gets a response. You’ll combine face-to-face connection with strategic outreach to create a strong, consistent presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new business: Proactively identify, pursue, and win new client relationships within senior care communities across the Twin Cities
- Engage across channels: Build your pipeline through a mix of in-person visits, phone outreach, and email communication
- Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and cold outreach to in-person meetings and closing new accounts
- Build lasting partnerships: Develop trust with administrators, Directors of Nursing, and key decision-makers through consistent, value-driven engagement
- Be visible in the field: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings while maintaining momentum through calls and email follow-ups
- Deliver tailored solutions: Identify client needs and position staffing solutions that truly support resident care
- Drive results: Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed growth targets
- Collaborate internally: Partner with recruiting and staffing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Leverage tools: Track outreach, activity, and performance using CRM systems
What You Bring
- 5 years of business development experience (senior care/healthcare industry strongly preferred)
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account growth
- A true hunter mentality—you are proactive, persistent, and energized by winning new business
- Strength in both face-to-face relationship building and high-volume outreach (phone/email)
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of care for seniors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the metro area
- Ability to balance in-office collaboration with a strong field presence
