Your Schedule
- Full-time position
- Two weekends per month
- A weekday off following each weekend you work
- Rotating on-call coverage shared across the team
What You'll Earn
- $30–$35 per visit, negotiable based on experience
- Weekly pay every Friday

What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care across both Home Health and Hospice patients, gaining exposure to two distinct sides of nursing
- Follow physician-directed plans of care and document visits accurately
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and what to expect
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team promptly
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in Oklahoma
- Experience in home health, hospice, or a related clinical setting preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Adaptable nurses who enjoy variety and want to build skills across both specialties
