This home health sales role is not entry-level—we’re looking for someone who understands the home health model, hospital-to-home transitions, referral development, and how to strategically grow market share.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the NW & NE OKC territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, physicians, SNFs, and community partners
- Drive referral growth and increase patient census
- Conduct consistent in-person sales calls and facility visits
- Educate referral sources on home health services, outcomes, and value
- Track activity, referral trends, and sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Previous home health experience REQUIRED
- Business development/referral development experience in home health REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of home health regulations and care transitions
- Established healthcare relationships in the Oklahoma City market preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and census growth targets
- Excellent communication and territory planning skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
