Currently seeking qualified MA candidates to join our team to help us with a 13-week Day shift cardiology clinic! 1 year of recent MA experience is REQUIRED. Current pay rate is $21 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Clinic Medical Assistant, MA
- Provide care in a cardiology clinic according to the policies and procedures of the clinic
- Consult and coordinate with health care team members.
- Provide basic first aid care and triage.
- Complete patient documentation, scheduling, and insurance authorizations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Skill Requirements: Ambulatory clinic, obtain health history, telephone triage, insurance authorization, run clinic, schedule imaging, medical, suture removal, drains, staple removal. 12 Lead EKG.
Requirements of the MA
- 1-2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
- 1-2 years of recent Clinic experience, cardiology experience. preferred.
- Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
- Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
