What comes with the job
- Flexible scheduling and a caseload you control
- Company car or mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile
- Health, dental, and life insurance (full time)
- Paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to 4% company match (full time)
- Stay Pay — a $100 bonus for each year of service (full time)
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the direction of the supervising PT
- Carry out established plans of care and progress patients toward functional goals
- Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe activity
- Active PTA license in Oklahoma
- CPR certification
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation
