What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant position at Oasis Physical Therapy?
Job Overview
This is not a typical physical therapy job.
Oasis Physical Therapy was intentionally created by a pelvic health physical therapist, for pelvic health physical therapists—to be the clinic environment many of us wish existed earlier in our careers.
Here, pelvic health is not an add-on service within a general orthopedic or pediatric clinic. It is the heart of what we do.
We provide unrushed, one-on-one care with 1–2 hour treatment sessions, allowing the time needed to truly understand the “why” behind symptoms and guide patients toward lasting change.
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Pelvic Health Physical Therapist or Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about whole-body care and wants the autonomy to practice pelvic health at the highest level.
At Oasis, our mission is to create a place of restoration for our patients—and a place of growth, mentorship, and professional fulfillment for our clinicians.
This clinic was built to support the way pelvic health care should be practiced.
What Makes Oasis Different:
Pelvic health–focused clinic — not an add-on service
1–2 hour one-on-one treatment sessions
Autonomy to practice and clinical decision-making freedom
Structured mentorship and collaboration, not just an “open door policy”
Flexible scheduling and streamlined documentation designed for clinician longevity and balance
Intentional, calm treatment environment designed to support nervous system regulation
Whole-body approach integrating breathing, posture, movement, lifestyle, and nervous system health
Small, collaborative team that values curiosity, growth, and thoughtful care
We believe clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and given the time needed to truly care for patients.

For PTAs: Responsibilities will be carried out under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining a collaborative treatment approach.
The Kind of Clinician Who Thrives at Oasis
We are looking for clinicians who are:
- Curious and always learning
- Compassionate and patient-centered
- Thoughtful in clinical reasoning
- Open to mentorship and collaboration
- Passionate about pelvic health care
- Excited to practice in a slower, more intentional care model
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a desire to continually grow as a clinician.
