- $60,000 to $65,000 an hour pay range

- Support all HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
- Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and monitor career pathing programs
- Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
- Performs all branch payroll activities, including, but not limited to transferring/inputting client orders to the system, organizing and entering time slips, verifying visits for each client, calculating pay, making appropriate deductions, auditing input, and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
- Two-year degree or equivalent years in training or work experience
- Two years of Human Resources or other related experience, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and home care regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
